1. RESERVATION OVERVIEW

Select a Group Contact - One person to represent your group.
Group Contact Registers - Visit SparkleSpectacular.org and complete group registration.
Receive Confirmation - Check email for Group Confirmation and Sign-Up Codes.
Share Sign-Up Code - Distribute code to all your attendees.
Individual Registration - Attendees register online and pay their fee directly.
Submit Group Agreement - Ensure deposit is covered by May 19, 2026.

Registration Rates:
• Groups of 1-10: $49.95/person
• Groups of 11+: $39.95/person
• Individuals: $49.95/person

Deposit Policy: $10.00 per person. Due May 19, 2026.
Note: Individual attendees without a group do not pay deposits.

Before May 19: No financial penalty.

After May 19: Group responsible for 50% of total registration amount (based on actual count or midpoint, whichever is greater).

When is the Group Agreement Form due?

It must be submitted by May 19, 2026 (10 business days before the event).

How is my group's deposit calculated?

If individuals have registered, it's (Count × $10). If zero sign-ups, it's the (Range Midpoint × $10).

What if our count increases after May 19?

Submit an updated Group Agreement Form. Both forms will be reconciled at check-in.

Can I transfer an individual's deposit?

Yes, deposits are per person and transferable to others within the same group or to future BMI events.

How do I avoid being charged on my card on file?

Ensure your group members register and pay online at SparkleSpectacular.org by May 19. Their payments count toward your deposit.
